No Cancellations

Once a pooja is booked, it **cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or modified** under any circumstances.

No Refunds

All payments made for online pooja bookings are **final and non-refundable**. We do not offer refunds for:

• Missed sessions due to customer unavailability.

• Changes in personal schedules.

• Internet or technical issues from the user's end.

Exceptional Cases

In the rare event that Vanadurgaparvathi Temple is unable to fulfill the pooja due to **unforeseen circumstances**, we will notify the customer and provide an alternative date or service.
